I love Irish and or Celtic Music. I am also a big Country Music fan.

BOOKS:
I collect many cookbooks from all over the world

HOBBIE'S:

Gardening : I have a year~round Herb, Vegetable and Flower garden. When you eat dinner at my home, you will smell the herbs in the garden as your arrive and eat many of them in my prepared recipes.

I am soon to be 55 years old, this Birthday I will celebrate :) I have one son who is 17 this year. I Have recently become a Foster Mother to two young ladies, ages 17 and 2. This experience has made me a much better person. They were being removed from their Mother's home, I rescued them and am very grateful that I was able to provide for them and love them as much as they need it right now. I have been a professional Chef for over 30 years. I live in South Florida and do alot of charity work, dedicating my time and expertise to the Cancer Society, Women in Distress, Big Brothers and Sisters, Boys Club of America and The American Legion.
