I'm retired from the federal government and the US Navy. I've been damned near everywhere - lived in, worked in or visited over 70 different countries. Written a couple of novels, published one. I'm a survivor - 2 marriages, 2 divorces, my generation's war - cancer (melanoma) - herpes - crazy horses and car wrecks. I fish a lot, not just occasionally. Like the outdoorsy stuff. I'm in a non-sexual relationship, didn't plan it that way, but that's the way it goes sometimes. I don't want to break up anybody's home or marriage, but if you want to talk intelligently about anything, I'll give it my best shot.

Self confident women who know themselves and find that useful. Managers who know how to manage. Writers who don't write because they want to but because they have to.
