Thank you for taking the time to look at my page. I'll try to give you a sense of who I am. First, I will tell you some important things about myself. You may want to go and get yourself a beverage. I tend to write in detail.


Well, I believe in kindness, love, truth and honesty. I'm a sensitive, caring, compassionate, loyal, trustworthy, intelligent, philosophical, and introspective woman who yearns for Peace, Kindness, Love, Honesty, Loyalty, Sincerity, Compassion, Understanding, Acceptance, Contentment and Truth. I have a very good sense of humor, and I'm quite funny at times. At heart though, I'm a DISILLUSIONED Romantic idealist. I know I'm complicated and intense, yet I'm also laid back. OK, ... So … I’m Disillusioned, Intense, Complicated, Analytical … and yet, a laid back woman with a good sense of humor. In summary ... I’m a paradox as is everyone.


I'm a refined lady. Yet, I've been told that I'm "Funky" and "The Coolest". A Strange mixture ... A Funky Cool Refined Lady ... Yes, That's me! ... I'm just a "Deep" Old Soul. ... "I'm a round peg in a square world, independently marching to the beat of a different drum".

WHO I WOULD LIKE TO MEET:

I’d like to meet new friends – nice people with similar interests – people who are honest. I have taken years to work on my issues. I would love to meet people who are not in denial about their issues - or better yet - whom have also worked on their issues. We are all human and no one is perfect. I'd love to meet effective communicators. Effective communicators exchange information or opinions on topics of interest to both parties. They are also good listeners.

ON THE TOPIC OF MEETING A MATE - What A Concept :)

I haven't given up ALL hope of meeting a man ... Most Hope ... But, Not ALL Hope. And miracles do happen - - right ? Well ... the right man for me would be an articulate, introspective, enlightened, loving, kind, open-minded, non-judgmental, understanding, self-aware gentleman. He would accept and love God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, yet not be a Fundermental Christian; ... and he'd also like dogs and cats. This special, honest, strong, compassionate, man would not at all be interested in playing mind games. I do not play mind games and I have no wish to walk on any of those proverbial egg shells. Also, this ideal man would value his own space and respect my space. I need a person who understands that two people do not come together to complete each other. We must be whole individuals and then compliment our partner's unique individuality. OK ... enough of that ... as I already stated, I haven't given up ALL hope and I fully believe in miracles.

So, ... I guess I'm Looking for One Big Miracle In Reference To The Above Matter. :)

Some things that are "Turn On's" for me are kindness, compassion, emotional availability, self awareness, introspectiveness, trustworthiness, honesty, and an above average intellect.

Shared interests are a turn on, so here are my interests:

I'm interested in History, Nature, Poetry, animals and many more things; I enjoy cooking for people, dining out, literary analysis, dancing, museums, the theater, good conversations, sight-seeing, yard sales, thrift stores and other places where I can get a bargain. I'm really interested in winning the LOTTO !!!!! I'd love to travel Europe and the Hawaiian Islands. The LOTTO funds would provide me with the financial means to obtain my travel dreams.

What I consider as "Turn Off's" are pushiness, prejudice, selfishness, crudeness, vulgarity, close-minded-ness, lack of good hygiene, lack of listening and not being heard, lack of patience, and a lack of trying to be understanding.
