One of the major discoveries I have made to staying slim and energetic is avoid random eating. Eat healthy with lots of fruit and veggies, but allow yourself a splurge every once in while. The secret is planning that splurge. What do you love the most in the way of eating? Is it cake, candy, steaks, sourdough bread? Denial only makes you want more.
The next time you walk by a plate of cookies or doughnuts just keep on walking..
