My Cigarette, My Friend?
Posted On 05/15/2009 13:46:30 by SavedByGrace
Well, here I am over two months smoke-free. For some reason, the last couple of weeks have been more difficult in the "urge to smoke" department which has caused me to snack a bit more than I had been, even though I'm still on the Chantix, but that's ok. Ok..at the risk of boring everyone to death, I've decided to share my journey here from time to time into the coveted (at least by me) world of the non-smokers. And just sitting down to put my thoughts together for a blog makes me instinctively...better said habitually..want to light up, but I won't. A little history about my life and smoking: -I grew up in a fundamental Christian family so smoking was on the list of things one did not do, along with drinking, dancing and going to movies a...
