I received this through a bulletin on Myspace and wanted to share with you what the great governor of Arizona is doing. Shame on Governor Napolitano for not supporting our troops in Iraq!
Governor Napolitano has decided to cut off our funding through a National Guard grant that helps cover our shipping costs....by FRIDAY. Just in time for the holidays when we need to send the most packages to our troops.
Please let me know if you can help get the word out, whether it be in a blog or internet radio or whatever. Our founder Kathleen Lewis is willing to do interviews about this. This is not right.

In case you didn't hear J.D. Hayworth's show last night (it went to static at my house, so I assume it did everywhere), Kathleen gave a short interview.
We are in a money crunch at PFH. Long story short: the National Guard told Kathleen today that we are cut OFF from any more funding to cover shipping costs. Not in a few weeks, but FRIDAY at 3:00 p.m.!!!
Apparently our governor decided not to help us with shipping costs and cut the funding.
Now this is just wonderful for all those troops who rely on our packages. This also makes those who will be deployed over Christmas all that much happier too. Now that we have to cover the shipping costs for over a month longer than expected, we may not be able to send as many Christmas packages as we would have.
I wonder if the governor would like to pick the names of the troops that WON'T be getting packages for Christmas??
Would you please take a moment to address this on your show? In fact, Kathleen is willing to give you an interview if need be.
