I am new here and I have met some really awesome people and now friends. This blog is about my granddaughter and a promise I made to God 15 years ago to tell it. If I offend anyone it is not my intention but if I can bring hope and assurance to anyone..that is my intention.

At the bottom is a picture that is
difficult to look at but... OH, so
very important, and makes a pro-life
statement better than I ever could. My
baby girl’s baby girl was born at 22 (two weeks into the 5th month)weeks, still legally abortable. She only weighed 1 pound 6 ounces, 11 ½ inches long. We were told if we just left Missy alone the night she was born, she would
die in a matter of minutes, that she had no chance to live. I told the doctor’s it wasn’t up to them if she lived or died, it was up to God and to help her breathe and make her comfortable while He decided.
It wasn’t easy, we had many times to be called to the hospital in the middle of the night to be there when she died. She was stronger than she looked and she fought so valiantly and it took 5 months but she did come home.
God has a plan for her life as he does all life. It is man that destroys that plan..not God.
Today Missy is a beautiful 15 year old we call our MIRACLE. I promised God I would praise Him and tell everyone I met about Missy (her real name is Kellyn, but brother couldn't say that)
All life is so very precious and important
to God as it should be to us all.
