Due to various and sundry reasions, I have been gone awhile--I'm Back.....Ta Da as my Eliza would say. My Eating plan has finally decided to cooperate--losing at a very slow rate--also have a BP problem--meds increase, am hoping wl will alleiviate the need for this extra med. Can see changes have been made since I have been away--Happy Easter
