The look in which you talk about Mart reminds me of a man that walked around downtown Bessemer when I was a child.  You went to the other side of the sidewalk when you saw him coming.  It's sad now to wonder what this man suffered to walk around the city everyday drunk and his clothes hanging off of him.  I have been told that this look actually comes from prison as it makes a statement.  Whatever, I just don't want to go there, LOL.  To answer your question, yep, most women love to see a man's nice butt in a tight pair of jeans any day - whooo hooooo!!!!
