Is it ever cold outside! When I got up around 5:00 this morning it was 5 *. I don't think I'm ready for this cold winter coming on!
Papa is supposed to make another rail for the neighbor's deck; don't know if he will be able to. He'll freeze his fingers off! One can't work with tiny screws with gloves on. He's tried, doesn't work.
I turned the fireplace up and the heater in the living room. Pepper Dog is all snuggled in with Papa yet. He puts out enough heat to warm the whole house up but he feels cold. Figure that one out.
So, I guess, it's another lazy day day in the house except, maybe, go out and fill the bird feeder. Don't want those little critters going hungry, although, I don't believe they will since we live across the street from a grain elevator and someone is always spilling corn or beans. We just enjoy having the little things around.
