There's nothing extra special about me. I'm just a girl like any other girl, looking for that special man to spend the rest of my life with. Looking for that storybook romance with a fairytale "happily ever after" ending. Does it exist??? Yes, I believe it does and I'll keep searching until I find it. At this stage in our lives, most us have "been there, done that". Yeah, yeah, yeah--we've all heard it from somebody along the way. I am no exception. I've definitely "been there, done that", but it doesn't mean I'm ready to lay down and let life pass me by. Most of us have been hurt by that one person we thought would be there till the end. Myself included. But, I decided to pick up the pieces of myself, put them back together and move forward. Going backwards is not an option for me. I refuse to live my life in the past, to think of how it used to be or could have been. Life is much too short for that. There really is a beautiful world out there and it holds a lot of beautiful people. Just because we've all met a few jerks doesn't mean that everybody else you meet will be the same. It took me awhile to get back to me, but, I made it and I like the person I am. Lessons learned???---Hell YES!!!---Regrets????---None!!--I'll always cherish the people I've been with and things I've done, but, I suppose my life is kind of like a book. I've ended a few chapters and now I'm ready to turn the page.

Actually, I take a lot of pride in my appearance and perhaps I didn't post my picture because so much of what we all want is based on looks. I agree there has to be some sort of physical attraction, but, my friend, if that's all you're about then you're never gonna' be happy.....and, I know what I'm lookin' for in life....if you don't, then.
