I like comedians like Tracy & Hepburn, Bob Hope & Bing Crosby, Jack Benny, Red Skelton, Carol Burnett, and many others.

I mostly like older movies, (when there was some real depth and meaning to the stories...not just sex, flash, and hype)...movies like Gone with the Wind and Citizen Kane.

I admire the older, originally hand drawn art work in the older Disney movies like Bambi, Lady & the Tramp, Sleeping Beauty...(not the newer computerized animation with many frames left out)...the computer seems to take the "soul" out of the animations to me...that's progress!?

Lately, I like some of Josh Grobin's music, especially one called "To Where You Are". His voice and the words in this piece of music are exceptional.

I also like Contemporary Christian...BeBe & CeCe Wynan's "You Lift Me Up Where I Belong" and a lot of their other "Greatest Hits".

There is another Contemporary Christian Artist that I really like...called Israel...his "You Are Not Forgotten" ...the words and the music are just great!

But I bet there's one you don't know about, he's Ben Sidran, (from New Orleans), his "Hey, Hey, Baby Won't You Come Out To Night" is "catchy" and terrific!

In order to change the songs, you need to slide your mouse arrow to the upper right hand corner of this music gizmo and kind of hover there, you will see a dark gray arrow show up, (eventually...keep trying), when you see this dark gray arrow, you need to click on it to go to the next music selection.

The Song Title and Artist will show up in the bottom center of the box if you hover your mouse curser arrow there, (but don't click it there...nothing will happen). The Song and Artist show up that's all.

I have been studying so much that "study type" books come to mind..those Black & Yellow "Bible" books are great for learning computer software

And for "Hands On" books on Web Design Linda Weinman's "H.O.T." books, (Hands On Training) can't be beat!

There is also a "Dummies" book about the internet called "The Internet For Dummies" that brings you right up to the "here and now"...my Geek Squad friend, Jerod, told me about that one!

I like to swim, (it gives me the "life force"). I also love taking walks with my dogs.

I like to learn new things...like how my computer works or learning new software...and I am extremely interested in web design and the internet.

Also enjoy finding pieces of art that mean something special to me or those I love, and I really, really like to make people laugh! (If that's a hobby).

About Myself:

This is the hardest one to talk about...me...I am young at heart...only my body has aged...not my spirit!

I like to think that I am loving, caring, and compassionate...a true friend to those who want my friendship.

My husband says that I "missed my calling" and that I should have been a comedian...laughter is the "best medicine", you know!

My Mother says that I should have been a librarian.

I guess I am a lot of different things to a lot of different people.

But most of all, I love to meet new people, like you,and "share the wealth" of your life, your families, your talents, your wonderful personalities...and your love.

I am the happiest when I am out in nature with my husband and my puppy dogs!

When we go camping it seems as though we are all more alive and living in the present moment. And I love leaving all of the those material things from home behind...all of our "extra baggage"...Jacob Marley's "ball and chains" fall from us for a blissful while and we all become closer and more alive. Life is "easy" there...you know?

Some of my most cherished memories are of times we shared while we were camping.

Let's see now...rude drivers, people acting like they are "better" than one another, (you know...like while you are out shopping and you say something to someone new and they say nothing back to you and just walk away...b-r-r-r-r-r icicles).

Also, meanness, cruelty, apathy towards the problems of creatures in the world, (including humans), (illegal) drugs, and promises that are made and never kept.
