This Should Get The Ball Rolling!

I don't know about you (when I say you, I mean anyone reading this) but, I am tired of being labeled as someone who does not support the troops if I don't support this war. Nothing could be further form the truth. Yes, I support the troops. I support better pay, better family benefits, better healthcare, better body amour, improved equipment for the troops, and more support through intelligent leadership.

Not supporting the troops is sending them into battle with poor planning, limited and inadequately manufactured equipment, lack of overall military (total numbers) support, and not paying them more. Not to mention, not adequately providing for their mental and physical welfare once they return home.

Yes, it's my belief we have the best military in the world. The Israelis kick some serious butt, but we are still the best. In fact, I feel our military is one of the few things we can still say is "the best in the world."

These troops proudly put themselves in harms way day-after-day for the speculation of a few over-esteemed under-informed politicians whose judgment is so poor as to mix alcohol and guns.

These same troops were ready to kick down Osama Bin Laden's door and show him some American justice. Then they were told "Hold it! Don't go in!" and redirected to a misguided war in a country with no connection to the attacks on 9/11.

Yes, I support the troops. I support them by saying "Bring them home now!"

That's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

DON'T FORGET THE VETERANS ON THEIR DAY.

How many people will it take?

How many people have to die in the United States before you go overseas and get rid of our enemy?  A million or more - How many?

To me they should bomb the hell out of the mountains of Afghanistan and get rid of Bin Laden.   Try living in a world where there is fear and heartache of seeing your love ones die - fearful of fighting an enemy that will take your life in a second when you spew hatred for your government and then get so bad hearing your government officials say you better not do anything for you will die if you do and we will do it in front of your family.  It is mind-control over there and it seems to be happening over here in the United States also, for people are afraid to defend themselves over here.  

Example of how bad it is in America - heard a man say he wouldn't defend his family if something were to happen to them or himself - they would die.  What a wimp!  Where are the protectors of family values, faith and country?  Another example:  a bus load of people including children were on the bus and one guy came on and started beating the bus driver who was driving the bus - and ended up in a tree and the black left the bus with these poor people in shock - noone got up to defend themselves or the bus driver.   Where is the outrage and defending ones self in this country?   Have we been under some mind-control here too.  If so WAKE UP!!!!!

And one more personal example:  during a terrible thunderstorm a tree lost alot of branches on our block and went into the street - people going down our street couldn't get through very well - people came out to watch them manuever around them - but it took me to get the ball rolling to get the branches off the road - with anger in my eyes people started to come out and help me.  All it takes is one person - being an American citizens that is part of everyone's responsiblity to this country and the people who live in it to help and get things done if noone else wants to get off their ass to do so.  How lazy a society and not even a Thank you, which I gave them for deciding to help me.  Not even my husband was going to help, until I got angered. 

Some people need our help to move forward to be able to trust again and if you take that away from people they will end up like those people in Vietnam, who were killed, raped and whatever else.  Congress was running the show like today.

Troops should be taken out of every country except that one to come back home for we have an enemy who will kill you at a moments notice - when they kill their own people and force children to be bombs themselves this enemy is bad news and should be wiped off the map. 

How many times does one have to hear from our enemies that if you don't want to be of our religion you will die? 

How many times does it take bombs on Israel to realize this enemy wants a generation of people killed and then our turn?  Which they have said millions of times over on TV, newspapers, etc.  What of Americans who don't want to listen?   I'd like you to live in Israel for what is happening there is going to happen here!

Are people in America hidding their heads so deep in the sand they cannot see the truth in front of their face - unless it happens in their own neighborhoods?  What ignorance is this?
