We did have a ball. The captain, Jerry, is in my NAFC fishing club too, as were the others I went with. Besides the fishing, you should have heard the joking around. Never had time go so fast. We met at the boat at 6:30 am and left the lake at 4 pm. But it felt like we were only out there a couple of hours. Can't wait til next year when I can go on one of the walleye trips!!

Great fishin trip
That's what I'm talkin about Marianne. I don't think it can get any better than that. I've never been on one of the Great Lakes but now I can't wait to go, you really know how to have fun.
Do you have your own RV Camper? I am thinking about doing that but I am concerned about the camping lot prices and the gas prices of course. Can you give me any info on it?

Huggs,

Bart :?)

Fishin is the life

I don't have an RV Bart, I rough it! I only get to camp now when the fishing club goes cause the guys set me all up. I used to go by myself, did for years, but just can't set that tent up anymore!! I have a double high, blow up mattress and I love it!! It's a twin XL so it's plenty roomy. Lot prices here in Ohio at the state parks run around $20 - $25 per night whatever you camp with. But we have a Buckeye Card that gives discounts to Ohio seniors for all kinds of things and I get 50% off camping Sun. - Thurs. and 10% Fri.& Sat. Each state should have some type of program like that. Check with a Senior Center type place.

If I could afford it I'd have a pop up camper. and with my 4-cylinder truck, towing would be easy on gas. You're on this puter enough, just start checking things out!! Have fun!
