Trout Sculpture

My town of Buhl, ID (4000 people) is known as the trout capital of the world. We had this metal sculpture hung on the side of the building. It cost thousands of dollars and two years to make. I like it but don't you think they should have prepared the wall behind it first? It needs paint or sandblasting. I'm not as proud of it as I should be.
