I have no clue to where to go to get a new background pix on my page. My friend did it for me when she had me join boomer and since I was unable to do it , she picked the roses which are pretty but i am kinda getting tired of them. Where do you find the back ground pix if you dont have any of your own and is it easy to do it . when i look my my settings it looks all greek to me

How to Place Your Background Image

Go to your account and at the top is a row of options. Look for SETTINGS and click there. You will then see 4 options to choose from and click on DESIGN MY PROFILE. You will then see at the top of all of the page options BACKGROUND IMAGE. Click there and there will be a option to BROWSE. This mean look and find the folder on your computer that you saved your background image in. Click the image you have saved and it will upload the picture to your profile as a background just as uploading a picture to your personal gallery. After you have picked your background picture remember to save your profile settings. You will see this option at the very bottom of the page. You can change this picture as often as you need. Making a Background Picture.

If you would like to place your own picture up as the background to your page this would be the best way to do it.
Find the graphic you would like to use. Make sure it is a LARGE graphic so you can get the right size for it to fill your entire page. The size of your graphic should be 1021 x 619. Under design my profile the first option you have is to select your background. Click that and go to where you have saved your graphic on your computer and upload it to boomers. Save your setting and it will show on your page. Again, how to resize a picture is found in this group. You want to start with a large photo so when you increase the size it does not blur the picture.

Refreshing Your Page

Well here we are, a new year! I know many are removing their Christmas backgrounds and looking to put up new backgrounds for the New Year so I thought I would move this post back to the top.
