History Of Boomer Central
When Tom and I first talked about this group we thought it might work to take the group called Group Moderators Council and merge some of the ideas there with new ideas and see where this took us. After putting the group up I feel that it will work if we remember some of the goals of the first group and then insert all of our new ideas and grow from there. It seems fitting as Boomer grows so should its members and the services it offers. I cannot think of anything more positive than to learn from the past but to go forward from there and find a new common goal to work on together. Therefore this group is for the new and the growing and in itself is its own group.
I have been impressed at all of the new members that have joined
Boomers lately and this also makes for an excited time. To see a web site community that I joined back in April, 2007 to grow and new members with new talents that are willing to share and teach to be such a great inspiritation. Is this not what we all say we want? Many have stated that they wish to meet other people such as themselves to share their ideas, their time, their talents, and more in a very relaxing and safe atmosphere. Well, I for one feel we can meet those goals and this group is a place where we can share all of our ideas, talents, support and desires to have a great place to meet where “every body knows your name.”
Make this your home and visit everyday to see who might have come up with something really cool. Leave a post and tell us about your already established group so we can learn more about it and you. If there is a problem in any of the groups let us know and if we cannot find away to solve it I’m sure Tom (Administration) can.
New groups are always welcomed and any of us “old timers” would be happy to help you or find someone who can. We are all but members here making our on-line community what we all wish it to be. Join up and join in and let’s move forward to a better and stronger tomorrow. We are looking forward to new experiences and new friends and again,
