SE NC

Hi all-
Just joined my boomer place and didn't see any groups for North Carolina-so I started one. Hope everyone involved with NC will find us and join in.
I'm from SE NC myself-originally from FL, but I've been here for 15years with my family. My parents and my husband's mom are from NC originally. They moved back about 30 years ago-at least my parents did-my mother-in-law moved back after that. We followed 15 years ago and have been here ever since.
We love living here-we're in the country-although they're starting to build up the area and it'll be ruined before long. Although we would like to see some restaurants in the area so we don't have to travel so far just to eat some of the fast food we like occasionally.
Hope to see some participation soon.
