ahh and let us all take a lesson from this little girl because kids usually believe exactly what we say.. so watch our words.. is the wise thing to do.

When I was three years old I told my mother I had a dirty joke to tell her. She was shocked, but said ok lets hear it. I said, "the white horse fell in the mud." I have never lived that one down, but to me at three that was dirty.

The things they say and do .....
I have spent most of my working life in the field of early years ..... young children never cease to make me chuckle with some of the things they say and do ..... One day at pre-school we had made an obstacle course for the children, comprising of things like climbing up the climbing-frame and going down the slide, balancing along a line drawn on the floor, crawling through a tunnel etc etc ....... One little girl came up to me and said 'Angie I don't like the tunnel' So I said 'That's ok you can skip the tunnel' A few minutes later I looked across to see her skipping alongside the tunnel happily saying to her friend 'Angie said I can skip the tunnel' Talk about children taking what you say literally
