Don't want to guess the winner. I might jinx the thing. If I had a choice in the out come, I'd opt for the car to have a bow tie. Don't really care whose along for the ride.
I hear you there, Chevy. But they will have to watch out for that #20, I think he's going to be right up there with the rest of them. Now with all of the engine troubles the chevys have had, I hope they got them out of the way and we can have some good duels today.
Well, Daytona is here. Who is your favorite driver? Mine is Kasey Kahne. He usually doesn't do too bad in the 500. A top 10 maybe. I couldn't even give you a guess on who I think is going to win it. But I bet it comes out of the Hendrick camp. If it does I do hope it's Jr. He needs a good start to the season. Ok, so what are your predictions and who is your favorite driver?
Well, jr is two for two now. He did need a little help but a whole lot better start than last year. Toyota did win at long last and may be a threat for the big race. The big race is longer and staying power has a lot more to do with it. Really haven't heard much about Ford or Dodge this year. The one thing that I really was sad to see was Ken Schrader not making the show this year. He is, in my opinion, one of the really great guys in NASCAR who just likes to race.
As far as the engines troubles,I'm watching it to see what they do. The coatings they seem to think are causing problems can be found in many of the 5.7 liter engines in standard cars now. Could be a bad sign and not just for racing.
