Does anyone have an overly hyper dog? I have a male Lab, 8 yrs old now. I thought with time he would settle down, but he is like a child with ADHD. I have tried various natural remedies with very little difference. To go for a walk on a leash is near suicide for me. The vet will give me pills when I really need them (class, or dog fair) but It isn't something I will do more than 1x a year. he is let out to play and loves to chase balls, if I could throw balls for an hour he'd be happy. Usually 30 min and my arm is tired, and he is still rareing to go. Any suggestions? Please.
