Colorful Flavored Vodka
Title Jolly Rancher Vodka
Directions & Backstory I found this at a bachelor party when the best man had several colorful bottles of liquid lined up. When asked what they were, he described flavored vodka.
It's a great idea!!

1 750ml bottle of Vodka
1 bag of Jolly Ranchers (all the same flavor)

Pour out a few ounces of Vodka and drink it... Might as well enjoy yourself!

Drop 2 dozen Jolly Ranchers into the remaining Vodka. Lay it on it's side and turn it every few hours until all the Jolly Ranchers are dissolved.

When ready, you will have a bottle of brightly colored and intensely flavored Vodka. Serve with sprite or other similar soft drink.

I have a review on this recipe...
This sounded like a good idea so I did a small taste test on it yesterday and the results are, "It's just not the real deal"~ While the color is pretty it leaves a slightly sweet after taste, that definately reminded me of hard candy.

It lacks the bite and sourness that only a Granny Smith can give. If you are still inclined to give it your own taste test, do it on a smaller scale, once that good bottle of Vodka is invaded with the Ranchers there will be no rescuing the remainsJolly Ranchers Vodka

Ingredients
1(750ml bottle) Vodka
1 bag of Jolly Ranchers( Hard candies) All the same flavor

Pour out a couple of oz of the vodka and drop in 2 dozen Jolly Ranchers into the bottle. Lay it on its side and turn occasionally till all of the candy has dissolved.

This will work with Sprite or other sililar soft drinks.

I used (1) cup of vodka and added 6 apple flavored candies

I also tried the Blue raspberry~ using only 4 candies (that was totally yuck )absolutely horriable.

The candies took about 5 hours or so to dissolve~Janie
