Amazing Coconut Pie
Ingredients
2 cups of milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter or margine
1-1/2 tsp vanilla( May want to cut back to 1 tsp)
1 cup of coconut( I would be tempted to use more)
Combine everything except for the coconut in a blender and blend well on low speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9" pie pan. Allow to sit for 5 minutes then sprinkle with the coconut. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes( may want to check after 30 minutes) Talk about quick!
