I have a neighbor that takes the capsules for blood sugar instead of the meds the doctor gave him. His blood sugar is always good now, and it is way cheaper... He also told his doctor about what he was taking when the doctor tried to write another RX for him. He gets them for way less cost at Walmart.. Barb

Not sure how long it took my neighbor, and he like you was and is border line diabetic also. He just had his check up and all is good. Just make sure your doctor knows. Hope it works for you!!! Barb

So sorry for the delay on a response. They work on some people but not on all. As for my neighbor they worked right away and are still working. Barb

Does anyone have any idea of how to gain and retain calories. All I got from my doctor was to drink instant breakfst more often. I want to gain about 10 pounds. I eat fattening foods all the time, where are my calories going?? Thanks, Barb
