The following are taken from bullentins. Please keep all of our wonderful boomer friends in your prayers. There are so many with so much that sometimes we just have to take a step back and remember that God is in control and prayers do make a difference.
Thank You All,
Debbie

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share a happy update. My Dad had his last chemotherapy treatment yesterday. He has done wonderfully well, the doctor said he tolerated the treatment better than most 55 year olds, let alone 86 year olds. He is now on a treatment break for at least 6-8 months and he is delighted to have the summer "off". After the infusion yesterday all the nurses came into the room and sang "For he's a jolly good fellow". He was on cloud nine, wishing everyone luck and a good day all the way out to the parking garage. It was really a good feeling to see him so happy and doing so well. Thanks to everyone for your prayers. Hugs, Faith

Hey all,
I have been super sick for the past few weeks. Missed about 8 days of work so far. It started out with flu like symptoms, turned into upper respiratory infection and bronchitis and then a severe sinus infection. I'm on my second round of antibiotics. I have really been very depressed through all of this. I hate being sick and havent been this sick since I was a kid. I couldnt even crawl to the computer until today and I now it wears me out to just do this. I'm sure work isnt thrilled either which is making me even more nervous! Any prayers would be appreciated that I'll soon be back to "normal".
Pat
