This is an excellent Family Movie. It is also Country Western Singer, Toby Keith's first film break.
All the support cast was wonderful.
This is the low down on the movie.....
When washed-up country singer Bo Price (played by current country superstar Toby Keith) returns home for the funeral of his younger brother, he's reunited with more than just his high school sweetheart (Kelly Preston). Confronted with the now 16-year-old daughter (Lindsay Haund) he abandoned at birth, Bo contemplates forging a new beginning with the folks he left behind in this film co-starring Burt Reynolds and Tess Harper.
Toby Keith was good but I think when he is himself his personality shines through.
That is the only reason I give it 4 stars.
From his Music Videos, he is and excellent actor.
The Director I felt held him back.
It is still a Movie worth renting.
