The Notebook *****
Nothing about this Movie Stood out and said Rent Me. It came in the Mail the other day, and sat in my little movie box for a while. Last night a Friend came over and we decided to watch it. OH MY!!!!!! Watching it with your Husband,Boyfriend, Parents, Best Friend, Girls Night. I would not suggest this for Children under 13 yrs of age. They probably see worse on TV. But there is some beautiful sexual scenes. Nothing shows, but you get the idea. This was a heart warming movie, and also had a bit of an edge to it. You have to pay attention to details. This will touch your heart, and make you fall in love all over again. You will laugh, & cry, but most of all, you will remember what a special gift Love is. Having faith, and hope again. Beleiving that all this are possible, and never giving up. Guys don't think this is a Chic Flick, it isn't. If you haven't seen it, rent it. If you have seen it, see it again... The Acting is out of this world. Here is a preview.... Based on a Nicholas Sparks novel, this drama chronicles an enduring love that withstands both war and disease. It begins in a nursing home, where a man (James Garner) arrives every day armed with a notebook from which he reads stories about a couple, Noah and Allie (played by Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams), to an unresponsive woman (Gena Rowlands). Who are the characters in the book, and why does the stranger insist on reading about them aloud? A must SEE!!!!!
