This is a copy of a blog I posted just now. I wanted to let those who are so good at caring to pray for others know about Gene:

I woke up this morning to this Yahoo IM message from Easy (Gene):



"i fell off the ladder doing outside windows b4 dark last nite and
really messed up my rt shoulder waiting for spider to come and take me
to va. hurts real bad i rhink it will need surgery callme when you read
this thx"



So I called right away and he's still home, can't get a hold of his
friend, Spider who is his main ride (he can't drive because of his
eyesight), to go to the VA hospital, and is waiting for some friends
who should be arriving at their cabin sometime this afternoon.
Hopefully they can take him. He says he can feel the bone in his
collarbone out of place and is in a lot of pain. He can't type very
well as he can only use one hand.



Please pray for him. He lives up
there all alone and doesn't have anyone to help him at the house on a
regular basis. Just wanted to let those of you who know him know what's
going on if you don't see him online or responding to comments.
