If you are feeling depressed, stressed out, or anxious, regular exercise does help. The more you exercise or move around, the the less stressed out and the more able to enjoy things. Exercise can help, but it does not cure your problem. Take care every body, Love, Mary Lou

I agree Mary Lou. Exercise helps depression, gives you more energy, helps you to feel better about yourself and helps a person lose weight...

not focusing so much on yourself and getting bogged down is helpful, you arent thinking so much about "me"

Exercising...
Exercise does help, but with my back being so bad off I have to be careful. I have found that dancing with CHEERFUL music can do wonders! Focusing on something else helps. I have enrolled in Photography classes this Fall at a community college. I love photographs, but I can't take a good photo to save my life... so I've decided to learn how. I'm so looking forward to this! As for the dancing, well.... my video hasn't gotten great reviews, but this song, and the fact that so many are doing their own version of it... I've decided to try it, and it does make me laugh while trying to and it will work you out! There is no correct way to do this... just put your hand on your head and wave with them like their ears. Have fun with it! I do!
