hey zita, maybe your shoutbox is not open. at the top right corner you will see [+] or [-]. If it says [-] click on that and the shoutbox will open. I have a message in it right now. type your message at the bottom of shout box and then hit enter. tyr to write the date in your message since the shoutbox does not and it is hard to know when the message was writtern.

I tried clicking on the - as you said to do and it just goes blank. There is no box to write in or anything at all. What am I doing wrong?

Molly, I don't know why the Shoutbox is not there for you.  At the top where you see the + or -....only click on it if it shows a -. But if it shows a +, you should have lots of messages showing  and be able to write in a littler box at the bottom. In that box you write what you want , then hit the enter button and your message goes to the top of the larger box. I have written you a message in the large box. Hopefully it will work for you.
