Weber Grill

I agree. This is a grill of outstanding design and durability. I've had mine since the Weber grill first came on the market. Unfortunately, due to the massive mosquito infestation here, I've not used the Weber Grill to it's full capabilities. I also discovered that someone took the cook book that came with the grill so I'm looking forward to some ideas.

Thank you for asking me to join the group.

The Weber Grill
I have been using the Weber Grill for several years. It is the best by far. With all the rainstorms going on lately, I haven't been doing much grilling.

I love my weber grill. It makes everything I cook delicious.
We did a turkey on it for Thanksgiving and it was so juicy and tender.

webers a great grill but...
for me there's nothing like an old oil drum cut in half and hinged.
lay a line of charcoal along the bottom only a few inches wide but going from end to end
light one end it will take hours for it to burn all the way across
let the meat cook in there at a low temperature for a long time
it will come out tender and with a great smokey flavor
a pork loin would be good or some half chickens

The Weber Grill
This is a great Grill, I have tried several gas grills over the years and am always disapointed, the taste is not there. The several weber knock-offs are not very good either. They are (cheap). A full sized Weber grill will last for a long time with minium maintance. This is my favorite and can be used for a lot of different types of cooking. Direct or in-direct cooking is the answer. If you need help in deciding...message me.

I love my Weber, too. But I'd like to have one like my brother's. His Weber has a removable basket that catches the burnt charcoal dust. It's a little easier to clean, but he also swears by his Weber.
