better day
Had a better day yesterday. Humidity was way down and that helps. Have you notice that high humidity makes arthritis hurt worse than cold does? And here in Ohio we have some high humidity. Supposed to get into the 90's today with the humidity going up so I'm figuring by this evening I'll be in agony, as usual. Someone asked me don't I keep the air on in the house when the humidity goes up and I had to explain that it makes no differnce how cold you keep the house, if it's humid out it still gets you!!
One can only hope it doesn't get too bad. hope everyone has a good one and that your pain is tolerable today. Most of the time that's about as good as it gets!!
