1 in 133 Americans have Celiac and don't know!
Celiac Disease....allergies to wheat,rye,barley,gluten and some people oats,shellfish,preservatives,must live on a gluten and wheat free diet,a lot of doctors give a diagnoses of I.B.S and the average American will suffer 9 years before getting the correct diagnoses,because doctors in the states are not educated enough about this growing illness!I was recently in the hospital and had to tell most nurses and 1 doctor why I needed an allergy bracelet!If you are having digestive problems,please ask your doctor about a simple blood test and If you show positive,a simple diet,not so simple to understand at first,will change your life!Glutenfreeworks.com has a lot more information on this illness!
