Everything from the Clash and Talking Heads to Mary Chapin Carpenter and the Celtic Women. Music is always going in my office, whether it's in my iPod or on my computer.

I write and edit for a living, am a comedian for fun, and do trauma social work on the side (licensed clinical social worker). Being a grandparent doesn't pay enough to support me, but that's my favorite occupation.

Another passion is travel. I've been to 49 states, all the provinces in Canada (except PEI), Japan, Australia, New Zealand, England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France, Denmark, and Sweden. So many more countries to put on my "life list."
