On feburay 2 1953 wensday I had gone to the doctor , you where already two weeks overdue, We expected you around the 20th of January, I guess you where not in anyhurry anyway back to feburay 2cnd I rember it was a 1:15 apointment. After it was over I called aunt June to pick me up. Pa,Tim, and I where staying on the farm at the time as soon as I got in the car June started asking what the doctor said, I told her the babby was allready, Everything was fine I had a choice to wait until you where ready or go in the hospital and they would start things going. I said I would wait but June and grandma and others said why wait. Pa was out on a trip and woundnt be back until saterday I got to thinking I could be in and out before he returned, So early thursday morning I called Dr, Hoine and said lets go for it,, I went into Riverside at noon and they started things going at about 1:30pm I was on the table with an IV in my arm, And the day went on and on but I felt nothing but getting stiff from laying on my back and my arm out stright for about 6 houres when the doctor came in he said you where wedged in my hip bone and feet in my rib cage, So they started rubbing to trun and get you lose, I was pissed because it was burning my skin, You know like when you twist someones wrist, Finly at 8:07 pm babby boy Peter Mason Randles was born, At that time Riverside they took you from the delivery room past the lobby so you could tell who ever was waiting what you had, Aunt June and grandma where in the lobby. One of them ask me how I felt, I replied I have a stiff neck everyone started to laugh I didn't think it was funny at all but at the time I didn't think about what they ment, Just had a Babby and my neck was sore and stiff, Wrong place anyway by saterday we where home, When Pa called from the restrunt no one said a word I put you into the bedroom and sat in the chair with a pillow under my shirt Tim just stood by me, Pa came in reached down to give me a kiss then stood up and said OK where is the Babby he knew we didn't fool him, And -- thats how and where Peter Mason Randles was born on february 4th 1953 at 8:07 pm
