IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM BOOMERS

MyBoomerPlace was founded back in 2006 for people to have a place to meet new friends, design, play games, share and find lasting friends and relationships.  From the beginning of this site Boomers has not allowed full nudity to be used in members’ comments and any public area of this site.  We have tried to work with our members and many have complied but some still want to take advantage.   We have had a noticed placed on the home page of Boomers with details on this matter for some time now.  It is also in the terms of use when a new member signs up.  We now have received numerous complaints of full nudity and we find ourselves needing to address this matter once and for all.

As with any site on the internet, there are many expenses to keep a site upgraded and running, and these expenses can be partly funded by sponsors.  Companies who sponsor sites have their own set of rules and regulations.  To retain these sponsors we must follow their guidelines and therefore expect our members to follow these guidelines as well.  We feel our members understand this as each member, in order to receive your monthly income, must go by certain criteria to maintain your own influx of income.  We all have are own out flow of expenses and so does MyBoomerPlace. We feel that if anything conflicted with your income you would do what it takes to make it right, no matter what it was, to keep your income and that is what we are asking here.  Bottom line, if you want to keep the lights on at Boomers and keep this site alive with great friends for years to come, we all have to work together.  We have asked for our members to cooperate in this matter and many have, some have not.

These actions have brought us to a place we hoped we would never be.  We hope you will work with us and help keep our site the best site it can be.  Please understand the following:

When nudity is found in your comments, on your background, or in the gallery, these will be deleted.  The following actions are now in force and we ask for your cooperation.

1) You will receive a notice from us this will be considered your first warning.

2) If any member continues after the first warning, the second time we will take away all of your points.  The points are what you use to buy gifts and other mods and have worked hard to accumulate.

3) The third time your account will be deleted. You will be able to start over, but if it happens again you will be banned from the site.

We are sorry this matter has brought us to this point, however it has, and now we must take a stance to ensure our sites future, for the benefit of it's members. 

A copy of this notice will also be posted in the Q&A Section if you would like to discuss the matter but the rules will remain in force.
