I would like to invite all boomers to enter the 1st annual "Easy's Short Story Contest" in conjunction with my 'No Publisher Author' group. You do not have to be a member of my group to enter but are welcome to join if interested. Your short story can be fiction or nonfiction and the maximum word count is 1,000. I will be accepting stories from today until Nov. 30, 2007 and the winner will be announced on Dec. 15, 2007. Please message me with your entry and after the winner is selected I will publish all the stories in my group. The judges will be myself, Janet (Saved By Grace) and Junie/Pappa Allen.

First prize will be a nifty award graphic that will look nice on your home page. The winner will also recieve a copy of my book, "Trout Falls Chronicles". I am looking forward to recieving your entry because I know we have some very good writers here on Boomer.
