Easy Double Layer Pumpkin Spice Pie
Got a great recipe from Jello and it only takes 20 mins to do.

Here is what you need:

4 oz( 1/2 of 8oz pkg) Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. Mil
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping divided
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
2 Cups Cold Milk
2 pkgs small ones of Jello Pumpkin Spice Instant Pudding

Beat cream cheese, 1Tbsp milk and the sugar in a large bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spread onto the bottom of crust.

Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until blended. (Mixture will be thick) Spread over cream cheese layer in crust.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Top with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping just before serving.

Store leftover pie in the refrigerator.

Makes 10 servings.

The pumpkin spice jello is in the stores now I found it when I went shopping the other day. This is a great pie recipe for Thanksgiving.

Liz
