Thanks for the advice. . .I guess I'll just have to take the bull by the horns and get in the kitchen and experiment. Right now I've got our Christmas turkey thawing to put on later tonight or early - very early - in the morning before we leave for church.Hopefully it will turn out well because this is the first time I ever attempted to cook a whole turkey! Previously I either had a co-worker deep-fry it for me or cooked a turkey breast since it was just me. I'll report back and let you know how it turns out.

Help with eggnog recipe?
Don't laugh. . .but I need help with a eggnog recipe my wife wants me to make. She found it in her Splenda cookbook and it calls for seven (7) eggs. . .however, it doesn't specify whether the yolk and the white need to be separated and I'd hate to mess it up by doing the wrong thing. Any help would be appreciated!
