Hey folks. Sadly I found out last night that I will be spending Easter alone. I had planned on spending the day with my grandson and my daughter in law. But she announced last night that she is planning on spending it with her family in Sacramento which is about 150 miles from here. So I will be having a solitary Easter. I am going to have a nice day in spite of that though as I am going to go to market in a while and buy a nice ham and all the fixings and have a nice Easter dinner. And I will spend the day watching my favorite DVDs and surfing the net! Does anyone else have any plans? Going to be with family? Have an Easter egg hunt with grandkids? Will be alone?

I, personally, just don't get too excited about Easter. I'm not sure why - my family gets together for Thanksgiving and Christmas but Easter just sort of goes by unnoticed. So it will be an ordinary day for me and I'll probably spend it doing laundry and cleaning house and doing some painting projects.
