The Heart
what type of juice is good for the heart and getting rid of the plac inside the valves if that is possible without drugs? I believe in healing thyself whenever I can before drugs.
I don't have a problem yet, but want to make sure I don't need to have drugs in the future if something should happen.

pomegranate Has some great heart health things going on, but it is so full sugar, there is some new data coming out on coffee berrys, I will be posing a topic on that soon! Look up pomegranite on the web you will find lots of information

Thank you so much for that - Minute Maid has come out with new products and one of them happens to be a pomegranate drink with something else in it. I'm going to give it a try.

Minute Maid
Oh, that Minute Maid juice is great , called them to let them know - if it should go off the market though I'll go to the health food store for that juice and put lemon juice in it - it cured my sore throat - big time and going to get more this Thursday.
