This sounds fab! I am going to make this for my Easter desert. MMM can't wait!

prepare super-moist lemon cake mix batter as directed adding 1/8 c. oil to batter
bake in 9x13 glass baking dish as directed on box
take out of oven to cool

fix a large box of vanilla pudding and chill until thickened

take cake out of baking dish and place on large flat platter
slice long-ways in half

spread pudding evenly on top of bottom half
place top half on top of pudding half

frost with desired cake frosting (sugg.- cream ch.frosting w/lemon juice in it, butter/conf. frosting w/lemon juice added, lemon cake frosting out of a can, conf. sugar lemon glaze frosting)

This is so easy and I actually had 2 or 3 people say it was the best cake they've ever eaten!
