I am new tot he group, but I've been diagnosed recently with Adult ADD. NOW I find out! My coping skill is 123. I do things in 3's. Pick up 3 things. Do 3 cleaning chores, as long as they are short! File 3 papers.
The 123 thing works.... it's time intensive, but I seem to be motivated by short taks and it's very often easy to tack on 3 more things as I go along.
I'm happy to find others in my situation!
