I bought an operating Bed & Breakfast. I absolutly enjoyed being an Innkeeper. Buying an existing B&B was cheaper than converting a home into one. Adding bathrooms alone can be expensive! It is an excelent career for a retired couple with a large home. It takes a lot of your time, but it is a labor of love! You also get to meet new friends and learn about where they live. I had many people from european countries. It was fasinating!
