??  I spend most of my time on Internet looking up information.  At all hours of the night.  These are some of the things I learned Saturday night:  That if you smile or grin it helps you feel better.  I had found that out before, but now I know why.  It is because these things make you produce Seratonin which is a chemical in your brain that helps you feel better, brings you peace, happiness, and can helps you feel sleepy.  To do the last thing you can also eat fruit and a milk product and that helps you get sleepy too.  Plus to help Cancer, Diabetes, and Osteoarthritis Vitamin D that you get from the sun is supposed to help.  This theory I do not know if it's true or not, but it is worth a try for you and me both - I have diabetes and arthritis.  A different kind, BUT in the information on my arthritis it does say that the sunshine helps, but 2 of my meds say that the sun is a problem, so I don't think I will be trying that.  Also that Floride helps build bones and teeth.  I will be trying that soon.  Like I started that last night.  [My Dentist has told me to brush my teeth twice a day with floride I'm almost sure because of my teeth needing to repair itself.   I hope some of the above information will help you out.  HUGS, Bunches of them.  Mary Lou

I always try to find something that will make laugh or smile. I go to You tube to find something funny. I also have all the episodes of "Mad About You" which I loved. I always feel better after watching them.
