Lets get it on again....
I understand Deb. I feel so guilty for neglecting the group I started as I wonder where my second book went. I have started it but now I am second guessing the topic or even why I am trying to write it. If my heart isn't into it I surely can't write about it. I am troubled as my passion has shifted from writing to Janet and I search for a way to get it back. Writting is as fickle as the fickled finger of laugh in... I am currently writing my cancer manifesto because I want to help others understand Cancer, my Leukemia, my chemo and the feelings of myself and others as I hung on the edge of living and dying. I also want to write about a million other things and wonder when I sit down to do it I can't find the words. It is most troubling indeed.... As for your writing Deb, keep writing and keep going back to it until it feels like it is right to write. And to the others in this group I promise to not be away so long and I pray God will tell me why I have been away. It's great to be back!!!!!!

Lets get it on again....
In the music world they say that your second album is one of the most difficult to produce because you had your entire life to make your first one. Don't be so hard on yourself for ignoring the group. We love that you started it, and even those among us (like me) who haven't been around in a while appreciate that it is here. Another thing to think about when you contemplate the slowed progress of your second tome, is the personal nature. You are writing about your own bout with Leukemia. That had to scare the crap out of you. Don't worry, I have a feeling you will move through your self doubts like a jet through the time barrier. To some writers books are like kidney stones they don't write them they pass them. Others seem to throw them off like grocery lists. You have my admiration for writing just one either way you do it.
