I'm sure my good friend Marti will appreciate this news story! Couch rider towed by pickup truck is in critical condition Associated Press Last update: May 07, 2007 â€" 8:15 AM ELLSWORTH, WIS. -- It probably sounded like a good idea in those early-morning hours -- sit on a couch with two buddies while another friend in a pickup truck tows the couch through a cow pasture. Pierce County authorities were still trying on Sunday evening to piece together the events of that morning. What was clear was that the three couch-bound men were taken to hospitals around 1:30 a.m. Sunday with undisclosed injuries. The truck was being driven by Joseph M. Schoeder, 23, of Beldenville, Wis., the Sheriff's Department said in a news release. The three men on the couch were Bradley J. Johnson, 24, of Ellsworth; Timothy J. Flynn, 21, from Welch, Minn., and Cole T. Eckhoff, 21, from Red Wing, Minn. Johnson was flown to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, where he was in critical condition Sunday. Flynn and Eckhoff were treated at Fairview Hospital in Red Wing and released.
I got a call last night that a long time friend had passed away on Tuesday night from a long battle with cancer. I've known this woman and her husband since the early 70s. They were bikers, and christians and two of the most caring and giving people that I've known. I will miss Sue, but I'm glad that she is no longer in pain, and I am reasonably convinced that she must finally be where she has worked so hard to be for all these years and that's at the side of her maker. Rest in Peace Sue Owens, I am a better person for having known you my friend. Love & Respect, ~Wolf~
An artist also known as, Wolf, Tony, Tony_Wolf & Wolftraveler. Hello my friends, it has always been a pet-peeve of mine that some people are distinguishable only by a fantasy image and screen name, as though they can take whatever action they care to or make any statement they wish to and not stand behind it, or take responsibility for it with some indication of who or whom actually said it. Of course thats just me and my thinking, but I've seen it firsthand and so saying what you mean and meaning what you say are things that are important to me personally. I say all that to say that this profile, Jukebox_George, is mine and I am Wolf, or Tony, Tony_Wolf, or Wolftraveler, however you happen to know me it is mine. In regards to my previous profile or profile's, I can only say that in dealing with my life's reality's there has/had come times when I had to deal with a matter immediately or with an action that would halt all other distractions so I could address it, and so I have. While I feel I can be pretty open about most things some things are of a more personal nature to me and simply are not up for discussion. Suffice to say I work on myself daily and so all things regarding me are being addressed by me on an ongoing basis. The profile Jukebox_George was created as a form of therapy to me and also as an acknowledgement that I care for alot of you here. As has been stated to me before, and I am well aware, isolation in times of soul searching isn't always the best thing for a person. I get alot of much needed social interaction here of the everyday kind which helps me alot. In creating the profile and asking for and accepting friends I took on the responsibility of being honest with you about who I was and whom you were befriending and so this blog. I'd like to apologize to those who own groups that I'd been in and my leaving left gaps in conversations. Thats a regretable side effect, but I can actually understand on many levels why its necessary for that action to happen. I hope to make it up somehow to the groups themselves and the individuals involved. Finally, I want to thank those who have already become friends on this profile, for extending your hand in friendship and accepting someone out of the kindness of your heart. Its what makes this site work, and I personally thank you. Thanks for stopping by and reading this, ~Tony~
