just finished reading 'The Unsayable"The Hidden Language of Trauma" by Annie Rogers, Ph.D and loved how she weaved her own trauma history into a vibrant clinical course on the thinking of the French psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst, Jacue Lacan.
It put words into my lifes experience that I have been searching for.

cooking, gardening, reading, traveling the world,
paragliding in Switzerland, hiking on glaciers, hiking on the Great Wall of China, Snorkling the Great Barrier Reef,
deep sea fishing, lots of it, especially in remote regions of Alaska. Visiting Europe and eating my way thorugh countries, sampling their beer and wines along the way.

a warm and caring man, who enjoys life's simple pleasures, loves animals, appreciates eduction and wisdomm in people, and loves to laugh and be silly as well as be responsible and serious.

laughter, smiles, humour, adventures,
good wine, good company, a warm glowing fire,
the smell of the ocean at dusk, simple yet delious food, the touch of velvet, a beautiful sunset, a beautiful sunrise, snow angels, thoughtful and respectful attitudes in people

self-centered people, know it alls, as-if people,
cold food, boredom, obsessional routines,
hurtful people, mean people, running out of hot water when showering, people who need to be smart and show off.
