just finished reading 'The Unsayable"The Hidden Language of Trauma" by Annie Rogers, Ph.D and loved how she weaved her own trauma history into a vibrant clinical course on the thinking of the French psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst, Jacue Lacan.
It put words into my lifes experience that I have been searching for.

cooking, gardening, reading, traveling the world,
paragliding in Switzerland, hiking on glaciers, hiking on the Great Wall of China, Snorkling the Great Barrier Reef,
deep sea fishing, lots of it, especially in remote regions of Alaska. Visiting Europe and eating my way thorugh countries, sampling their beer and wines along the way.
