So there's this guy who lives below me, who is on sec.8, he is also a drug user, and dealer because he sells his own meds that he gets off his medical card from the State, to buy Booze and other drugs. His wife left him some time ago, he doesn't work,and he suffers some type of depression due to the time he was in service (VietNam).So everytime he gets what ever check he gets, he parties all night with a bunch of kids and leaves the Apartment Doors unlocked so the kids can come and go. I've called the Police twice a month, I've call the Apartment Office, they tell me I should go down there and just talk to him "Nicely" , because after all he suffers from depression... Ya right like I want someone to put a shotgun to my face and pull the trigger, because he's depress! !! So Amanda didn't get much sleep last night and he was still going at it , this morning...Tonight I'm calling the Police if he still has it going after 10:00 ... Some People are just Jerks.. And I'm Sorry but if they have this type of problem, they need another way of help, and a different place to live ...
