Where Should I Go GOD?

I want to move, but I don’t know where to move. I come from “Down-State”. I’ve been living in Central “Up-State” NY for the past six years. I know it’s time for me to move. This is not where I want to live forever. I need guidance from God on this matter. I moved up here because my father had lived here with his wife for 22 years. He said “Come and live up by us and you’ll be near family”. Well, I moved up here and they moved to South Carolina - - this action was real typical of my father. Well … I have no family up here and no true and close friends. I live in a “Snow Belt” area of NYS where the Great Lakes effect the climate - - terribly!!! … and I can’t take another winter shoveling foot after foot of snow. Well … I just completed an application for an apartment LOTTERY. It’s an apartment in Tribeca New York City that would only cost $616.00 a month. That’s an awesome price. In Tribeca NYC a one bedroom apartment in a brand new building would run $1,500.00 a month or more. It would be fabulous to live in NYC. But it’s a LOTTERY - - My application has to be one chosen to be opened … then my application would have to be picked through the LOTTERY … then I’d have to pass an interview. But Gees Louise … I’d love to get that apartment. My sister and her family live on Long Island. I only get to see my sister about three times a year. Her daughter, Dawn, is a blessing in my life. But I only get to see her once a year. If I lived in Tribeca NYC … I would be able to see my sister and niece with no big travel problems. Then there’s the “things to do” factor in NYC. I LOVE MUSEUMS. I’m a little “Abby Normal” (that will only make sense to Young Frankenstein fans ). What I consider a great day is going to a museum and looking at the Impressionist paintings. I love the city - - yet, it will chew up and spit out anyone who can not truly afford to live there. I can not afford the going rents for anything “Down-State” … but if I was to win this LOTTERY - - I could afford the $616.00 monthly rent. OH GOD - - If it’s in His will I want this apartment. Well … I needed to vent and put out there my dilemma. I could use prayers for God to guide me to the best possible living arrangement for me. I need help in this situation … a move is coming up and I’m soooo unsettled as to where I should go.
